Sight Seeing is suitable for any ages. Fun Activities are suitable for ages 5 – 70 years old depend on the conditions of the body.

Casual cloth or T Shirt is recommended, and do not forget to bring change of clothes for wet tours, tour with beach/ watersport activities, etc.

No we do not give insurance. The client is urged to protect his/her investment with travel insurance.

We strongly recommend you book in advance, especially during peak periods, such as school holidays. Booking can be made via Bali Five Star Tour, Whatsapp, or direct message. 20% down payment will be required to reserved and confirm your booking.

Majority prices are quoted in USD. We accept payment using Paypal and major credit card (Visa, Amex, Discovery, etc).

Bali Five Star Tour reserve the right to cancel tours caused by weather conditions, a full refund will be received by the clients. Refund will be honored if cancellation made at latest 3 days in advance to the date of the tour, only 10% administration fee will be charged. No refund conditions: Cancel made less than 3 days to the tour date. Not show when the tour departure (e.g. sleeping late, unexpected illness or injury, etc)
